The Process
Project Type & Budget
When you call Higgins Construction, Tony, the owner will be answering the phone or returning your call. You can share with us what type of project you are considering for your home and your budget. Tony will set up a time to come and meet with you to discuss the scope of the project and gather all the information he will need to provide you with an estimate.
The “Ball Park” Quote
We have been in construction long enough to present you with a quote that is as accurate as possible considering the project, materials needed, and time for installation.
Putting The Plan in Motion
Once you’ve decided to move forward with Higgins Construction, we will design and provide you with a more accurate site map of the overall cost of your project so you know what the investment will be before we get started. We will provide a goal date for the start of your project so you can put it in your calendar to prepare.
Installation
When it’s time to start your project, we will bring all the materials, tools, and equipment we need to get to work. Throughout the installation process, if any obstacles come up along the way, Tony will communicate these items with you to discuss a plan that you are comfortable with to proceed.
